To achieve this goal, we start working for you even before your vehicle arrives in our service department. Our online booking service offers you the opportunity to schedule your service appointment with us at your convenience, without ever having to pick up the phone. Once you arrive, rest assured that our factory trained technicians are working with the latest diagnostic technology to diagnose and repair your vehicle quickly and correctly. When your vehicle is completed we can email, text, or call you, the choice is yours. Just let one of our friendly service advisors know which method is most convenient for you. 

Please feel free to drop off your vehicle and take advantage of our two-way courtesy shuttle to get you where you need to go and back, or come in and wait in our comfortable customer lounge. We also offer our waiting customers of our WiFi network, just ask your Service Adviser for assistance.

Lastly, once you have had your vehicle in for Service, you may receive a survey from Ford.  This may be mailed to your home or emailed, depending on the information we have stored in our system for you. Please, please take the time to fill out this survey. It is only 8-10 questions and lets Ford, and our future customers know that we take Customer Service seriously. We hope that you will be able to complete this survey as Completely Satisfied. If for any reason you were not Completely Satisfied, please give me a call to discuss your concerns.
