Check Your Brakes Every 12,000 Miles

The brakes on your car are going to wear down, but it isn't possible to know exactly when you'll need your brakes replaced. In general, you should have your brake pads inspected every 12,000 miles to see if you need to have the pads replaced.

If you hear squealing noises while driving your car, this could mean that your brake pads are getting close to wearing down. Bring your car to DeLacy Ford when your brakes make noise, and we will check to see how your brake pads are doing. You may also notice that you have problems with your brakes when you press down the brake pedal. Fluid can leak from your brake lines, making it more difficult to stop your car.

If you find fluid on your driveway, head over to our service center at 3061 Transit Road so that we can identify the problem. Keep your car running well with our service center technicians in Elma, NY today!
